Spring Miso Peanut Salad Bowl


Blend together:

1/3rd C rice vinegar

1/3rd C olive oil (Cobram garlic infused)

1/3rd C miso paste

1/3rd C peanut butter

1/3rd C water

2 T tamari

2 T honey

1 T sesame oil


Add to: Trident organic black bean noodles, asparagus, radish, coriander, edamame and whatever else is in the garden & fridge... Top with toasted sesame seeds & enjoy.
