I have my naturopathic practice in the beautiful seaside village of Sumner, Christchurch, Aotearoa.
Following full-time study at the Canterbury College of Natural Medicine from 1992 until 1996, my
clinical practice has evolved through continued professional development alongside admired practitioners.
This has resulted in a truly eclectic blend of Western, Ayurveda, Chinese and Rongoa Māori traditional medicine.
After nearly 30 years of clinical experience, I am increasingly passionate about the enormous benefits & magic of using plants and food as medicine.
I have a strong evidence-based approach incorporating functional medicine together with the wisdom of traditional healing.
While I focus on physical health, I am ever mindful of the health of the psyche, family, relationships, and of how we feel in our own skin.
A Mum to 2 adult daughters, I am an aficionado of yoga, hiking in the hills, cooking, books, growing herbs & vegetables and live with my husband, border collie Tui & cat Gabriel.
