Following full-time study at the Canterbury College of Natural Medicine from 1992 until 1996, my clinical practice has evolved through continued professional development and ongoing clinical supervision with a general practitioner colleague, allowing me to stay at the forefront of evidence based women's healthcare.
This allows me to combine my extensive experience with ongoing medical insight to ensure you receive comprehensive, individualised support.
After nearly 30 years of clinical work, I am increasingly passionate about the enormous benefits & magic of using plants and food as medicine.
I have a strong evidence-based approach incorporating functional medicine together with the wisdom of traditional healing.
While I focus on physical health, I am ever mindful of the health of the psyche, family, relationships, and of how we feel in our own skin.
A Mum to 2 adult daughters, I am an aficionado of yoga, hiking in the hills, cooking, books, growing herbs & vegetables and live with my husband, border collie Tui & cat Gabriel.
