Gomashio - a toasted sesame seed & salt classic provides the base for the addition of coriander & nigella seeds plus iodine-rich seaweed. Sprinkle over salads, soups or roasted vegetables to add a shot of nutrition and flavour.
1 C sesame seeds
2 T coriander seeds
2 T nigella seeds
Gently dry toast the above in a frying pan. Add:
2 t sea salt
2 sheets of nori finely blitzed in a coffee grinder
Mix together & store in an air tight jar.
