Chickpea Crepes


Allow plenty of time for making these crepes - I listened to a webinar alongside pouring batter & carefully flipping these golden beauties - otherwise I would have run out of patience after the first half dozen!


Combine together:

2 C chickpea flour, sifted

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (black or white)

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon chilli powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried kelp

2 1/2 C water


Combine ingredients and use a whisk to ensure well mixed.

Heat non-stick fry pan, add a knob of coconut oil & 1/4 C of the batter. When golden brown flip and repeat.

Perfect for mopping up curries & chilli beans..
