2 T (tablespoon) ashwagandha powder
2 T astragalus powder
2 T chaga powder
2 T cordyceps powder
1 T cacao powder
1 t (teaspoon) cinnamon powder
Pass through a sieve to remove any lumps, and store in an air tight jar. Add 1 teaspoon or more to your favorite beverage, or add to smoothies, soups, stews, or baking.
