Initial Consultation 60 min

Service Description

Prior to our meeting, I will send you an intake form to complete if at all possible. It should take 30-45 minutes to complete, and I'll get a notification when you're finished. If you prefer not to do so, no worries. You're welcome to skip questions if you're not comfortable answering them. During the 60 minute session, we will sit together and cover all of the little important issues which pop up and make you the unique person you are. At its conclusion, a treatment plan, which may include herbal medicine, nutritional supplements or dietary and lifestyle advice, is discussed. The focus is on a plan that reflects your goals and inherent wisdom. These prices include a personalised wellness plan. Herbs and supplements will be an extra cost.
